1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Jyaba Academy website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Jyaba Academy provides IT training courses and programs including but not limited to Python Programming, Data Engineering, AI/ML, and DevOps. Our services include:

  • In-person and online training sessions
  • Course materials and resources
  • Certification upon successful completion
  • Job placement assistance

3. Enrollment and Payment

3.1 Enrollment

To enroll in a course, you must complete our enrollment form and meet any prerequisites for the selected course. Enrollment is subject to availability and confirmation by our admissions team.

3.2 Payment

  • Full payment or agreed installment amounts must be made before the course start date
  • We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, eSewa, and Khalti
  • Payment plans may be available for eligible students

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Full refund available if withdrawal is made 7+ days before course start
  • 50% refund if withdrawal is made 3-7 days before course start
  • No refund for withdrawals less than 3 days before course start or after course begins
  • Refunds are processed within 14 business days

4. Student Responsibilities

As a student, you agree to:

  • Attend classes regularly and participate actively
  • Complete assignments and projects on time
  • Maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students
  • Not share course materials without permission
  • Not engage in any form of plagiarism or academic dishonesty

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, code samples, videos, and documents, are the intellectual property of Jyaba Academy. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, or sell our materials
  • Record sessions without explicit permission
  • Use our materials for commercial purposes

6. Certification

Certificates are issued upon:

  • Successful completion of all course requirements
  • Minimum 80% attendance
  • Passing score on assessments (where applicable)
  • Completion of the final project

7. Job Placement

While we provide job placement assistance, we do not guarantee employment. Our placement services include:

  • Resume review and interview preparation
  • Connections with hiring partners
  • Job referrals for qualified candidates

8. Limitation of Liability

Jyaba Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course in question.

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pokhara, Gandaki Province.
